1. Cannibal – नरभक्षक

Meaning – a person who eats the flesh of other human beings.

Usage – “cannibal tribes”

Synonyms – man-eater, people-eater; rareanthropophagite, anthropophagist

2. Recluse – वैरागी

Meaning – a person who lives a solitary life and tends to avoid other people.

Usage – “she has turned into a virtual recluse”

Synonyms – hermit, ascetic; monk, nun; marabout, santon; rareeremite, anchorite, anchoress, stylite, cenobite

3. Hedonist – सुखवादी

Meaning – a person who believes that the pursuit of pleasure is the most important thing in life; a pleasure-seeker.

Usage – “she was living the life of a committed hedonist”

Synonyms – sybarite, sensualist, voluptuary, pleasure seeker, pleasure lover; libertine, playboy, debauchee, loose-liver; epicure, gastronome, gourmand; bon viveur, bon vivant

4. Souvenir – यादगार

Meaning – a thing that is kept as a reminder of a person, place, or event.

Usage – “the recording provides a souvenir of a great production”

Synonyms – memento, keepsake, reminder, remembrance, token, memorial; testimonial, trophy, relic; memorabilia; archaicmemorandum.

5. Swashbuckler – गर्दनमार

Meaning – a swashbuckling person.

Usage – “he was an explorer and something of a swashbuckler”

6. Highbrow – घमंडी

Meaning – is highly cultured and sophisticated. You can call such a person a highbrow.

7. Itinerant – चलनेवाला

Meaning – travelling from place to place.

Usage – “itinerant traders”

9. Cymbal – झांझ

Meaning – a musical instrument consisting of a slightly concave round brass plate which is either struck against another one or struck with a stick to make a ringing or clashing sound.

10. Tannery – चमड़े का कारख़ाना

Meaning – a place where animal hides are tanned; the workshop of a tanner.

11. Resort – आश्रय

Meaning – a place that is frequented for holidays or recreation or for a particular purpose.

Usage – “a seaside resort”

12. Hutch – हच

Meaning – a box or cage, typically with a wire mesh front, for keeping rabbits or other small domesticated animals.
