Sir ,
I , Anand Kumar , the executive head of HR department wishes to draw your attention towards the working of the subordinates. I write this letter to complain about the non working and careless attitude of my subordinate workers.
I have been observing their negligent approach towards work for the past one month. They do not come to office on time and always make lame excuses to leave early. The unsatisfactory reasons for taking leave infuriates me as an executive head. All the subordinates have made their troupe and they support each other’s lies flagrantly.
Therefore , I request you to kindly take action against such inadvertent attitude of the workers. Also , I request to personally give a surprise visit and see the real working conditions.
