Dear Sir/Madam,
I got myself insured for life vide the Life Insurace Policy No 3821 for a sum of Rs 4,00,000 (Rs Four Lakh only). It is a matter of extreme delight for me to note that the said policy is getting matured on the 5th of next month. I request you to take the necessary steps to process the case from no onwards, so that you may be able to release the amount at the earliest.
Please send me necessary papers to be signed by me in this regard as early as possible. Other necessary information, if any, may also be intimated to me.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly take a very early action in the matter.
