Explanation :

(x-4)(x-2) = 0

X=4,2

(y-5)(y-3) = 0

Y=5,3

**II. 6Y**^{2 }+ 7Y + 2 = 0

Explanation :

(x-2)(2x+1) = 0

(x-7)(x-13) = 0
