The ratio of work done by 30 ladies to the work done by 25 children, in the same time is 5:6. If 9 ladies and 10 children can finish a work in 3(1/13) days. Then how many ladies can finish the work in 4.5 days?

Let x woman can finish the work in 4.5 days
Ratio of ladies :children= 30 *6 : 25 *5 = 36 :25
So 36 ladies= 25 children
∴1 child= 36/25 ladies
10 children =72/5 ladies
so 9 ladies + 10 children =117/5 ladies
So (117/5) * (40/3) = 4.5 * x
∴ x= 16 days
