Age limit (as on 01/01/2022):

The age limit for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination is given below. Candidates born not before 02/01/1995 and not later than 01/01/2004 are eligible to apply. Relaxation in upper age limit for different categories are as under:

Nationality/ Citizenship:

A candidate must be either:

  • a citizen of India, or
  • a subject of Nepal, or
  • a subject of Bhutan, or

  • a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification (as on 07/03/2022):

1. LDC / JSA, PA / SA, DEO:

  • Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

2. Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of C&AG:

  • Candidates must have passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

  • Computer Based Examination (Tier-I)
  • Descriptive Paper (Tier-II)
  • Skill Test / Typing Test (Tier-III)

Application Fee:

Candidates must pay the application fee online on or before 08/03/2022. Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
