On September 8, 2020 The UK India Business Council (UKIBC) renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana. This will bolster the industrial development of the state.

Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana and Mr. Kevin McCole, Managing Director, UKIBC signed the MoU virtually in the presence of Mr. Andrew Fleming, Deputy High Commissioner, British Deputy High Commission – Hyderabad and UK businesses.
Points to be Noted
i.This partnership between the UKIBCÂ and the Telangana government is well established, and has already led to two UK business delegations to the state and a delegation of leading UK universities.
ii.These interactions increase business investment, accelerate improvements in making business easier, ease UK-Telangana business partnerships and expand higher education alliance.
