Eight Persons Madhav, Manisha, Mahesh, Madhu, Sandeep, Shilpa, Sanjay, Swati are residing in an apartment has eight floors. The top most floor is numbered 8 and lower most floor is numbered 1. Four of them Madhav, Sandeep, Mahesh, Sanjay are Males. Rest of them are females. They are also sitting in a Row having 8 seats. Males always face south and females are facing North.
Shilpa lives on an even numbered floor but not 8. Madhu lives on floor number 2.Sanjay lives just below Shilpa. No of persons living above Mahesh is less than no of persons living below him. Shilpa sits second left of Sanjay. No of persons sitting between Sandeep and Mahesh is Four. Swati and Manisha sit at extreme ends of the row. No of persons living between Manisha and Swati is more than three. Females don’t live on floor number 3. Mahesh lives on an odd numbered floor. Sanjay sits between two males. One who sits immediate right of Swati lives between Manisha and Mahesh.
