On June 10, 2020 Andhra Pradesh(AP) Chief Minister(CM) Yeduguri Sandinti(YS) Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the ‘Jagananna Chedodu’ scheme to provide financial assistance to tailors, barbers and dhobis(washermen). Under the scheme, Rs 10,000 per person was provided to 2.47 lakh washermen(82,347), barbers(38,767) and tailors(1,25,926).
- In total Rs.247 crore was transferred to their bank accounts under financial liability so that bankers cannot use the money to offset the loan repayment balances.

AP Government has introduced ‘Vidya Deevena kit’ for school students. This kit includes uniform,shoes,socks,books and bags.

i.Rs 4,000 crore Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme to provide full fees reimbursement to about 14 lakh college students(including those in professional courses)
ii.CMAPP(Comprehensive Monitoring of Agriculture, Price, and Procurement) mobile application to monitor the agricultural needs of the farmers in the state.
iii.‘ReStart’ a new programme, with an outlay of Rs 1,110 crores to support & boost the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise(MSME) sector in the State.
