International scientific-practical conference “The foreign policy of Turkmenistan as a factor of security and stability in the world”, devoted to the Year of Neutrality and Peace and the 20th Anniversary of Neutrality of Turkmenistan was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine together with the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
