Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday became the seventh person to be sworn in as the Delhi chief minister at Ramlila Maidan in the national capital. He took oath as chief minister along with six other AAP MLAs appointed as Cabinet ministers.
Around 50,000 people and party supporters from the neighbouring states attended the ceremony. Kejriwal said, “I thank each and everyone for coming here. Exactly one year ago on this day I had resigned. Now once again AAP is making a government. I did not know Delhi public loved me so much and gave me 67 seats.”
