WHO has declared the global risk of Noval Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the global risk degree of the novel coronavirus strain 2019-nCoV that cause serious illnesses ranging from the common cold to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV) from moderate to high .
WHO Report:

i.According to WHO report on January 27, 2020 Globally there is  2798 confirmed cases in out of which in China there are 2741 cases. Nearly 80 cases were found dead in China according to the report.

ii.Also there were four cases each in Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and five cases in United States of America and Thailand.

iii.WHO also confirmed Coronavirus cases in France(3), Canada(1), Nepal(1) and Viet Nam(2).

Coronavirus -symptoms

i.The infected person feels uneasy breathing, sore throat, cold, cough, and fever which can later  transform into pneumonia and cause various problems kidneys.

ii.The virus can affect the people with the weakened immune system, infants and old age people.

Prevention:

i.Avoid close contact with affected persons and unprotected animals.

ii.Frequent hand-washing after direct contact with infected persons.

iii.Avoid eating of sea foods.

Government of India on Coronavirus:

i.Under Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) call centre, 91-11-23978046, has been made operational for 24×7 for people .

ii.According to the government all the passengers from China will undergo compulsory health check up in all airports.

iii.Ministry of External Affairs has also been requested to provide details of travelers from Wuhan city, China where the virus is spreading rapidly.
