On June 14, 2021, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (SFB) collaborated with MoEngage, a customer engagement platform to drive digital banking experiences in the unserved and underserved regions of the country.
- Objective: To build a vast presence of the bank for connecting with customers in unserved and underserved regions through multiple digital touchpoints.
Key points:
i.SMS campaigns: Under the tie-up along with MoEngage, Ujjivan SFB targets SMS (Short Message Services) campaigns to encourage digital repayments, under which, the customers are enabled with options to make payments either digitally or through cash deposit.
ii.MoEngage will drive the campaigns in 12 different regional languages and will educate customers on online bill payments.
iii.Ujjivan SFB created a comprehensive digital infrastructure through payment integrations with Bharat Bill Payment System aggregators and telecom operators to provide digital payment options to overcome the door-to-door EMI collection under COVID-19.

On 30th March 2021, Ujjivan SFB partnered with nStore Technologies Private Limited (nStore)to digitise offline retailers and small businesses in India. Under this collaboration, Ujjivan SFB will offer the mobile application ‘nLincs’, to its current account holders who own local businesses and enable them to sell their products online.
