Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) has been conferred with Global Diversity Award 2014 for his achievements in the field of cinema and Philanthropic works. The award was presented by the Speaker of Britain’s House of Commons, the Rt Hon John Bercow at the British’s House of Commons.

Shah Rukh has already been conferred with several international awards, like Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur (France’s highest civilian award), Wissame Al Kafaa Al Fikria (Morocco’s highest honour), Malaysian title of Datuk (akin to the British knighthood), etc.,
The Global diversity award has been already awarded to personalities which include Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Hollywood actor Jackie Chan, Sheikh Hasina (Bangladesh Prime Minister), Roberta Gutman, Lewis Hamilton, etc.,
