On 6th May 2020, Sanjeevani, a unique vehicle developed at the local level in the initiative of Rajnagar administration of Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh to help the healthcare workers.
Key points:
i.The vehicle is first of its kind to assist the healthcare workers to investigate the patients and the suspected patients without direct physical contact.
ii.SDMSwapnilWankhede mentioned that the vehicle will allow the healthcare workers to access inside any area and test the suspects without stepping off the vehicle.
iii.The healthcare workers of Madhya Pradesh were infected by coronavirus and they were attacked in many parts of the state by the locals. The vehicle will prevent healthcare workers from getting infected with COVID-19 and to protect them from attacks.
iv.The vehicle does not require the Personal Protective Equipment Kit(PPE)
