I am Sunil from Haryana and I am a regular visitor of Affairs Cloud. This site helped me a lot to improve my preparation (specially GA) so thanks for that AC. I am going to share my Interview experience.
I reached over there 1hour before I met some candidates. They gave us blank paper and said that Write anything in their regional language then after document verification I move to the interview room.
INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

In my Panel there was 1F and 4M
Me: Namaskar Mam and Namaskar Sir
They all said Namaskar namaskar…. Have a seat.
M1: Your name?
Me: Sunil
M1: In which year you did your graduation and in which stream?
Me: Sir, B.Tech in Mechanical engineering in 2013.
M2: What you did in these 2years Sunil?
Me: Explained. Seems satisfied
M3: So you are from Mechanical field then how will you help in Banking??
Me: Explained with 2 examples and related my subject with banking…. seems impressive…
M1: What your Parents do?
Me: Answered
M3: What do you know about RBI?
Me: Explained with 2 or 3 examples
M2: What do you know about EXIM bank?
Me: Explained with example
M4: Do you read news?
Me: Yes Sir..
M4: Recently there’s a scam in Banking. You know about that?
Me: Yes Sir, a case of foreign exchange 2 banks were involved i.e. BOB and OBC in which black money was sent through multiple transactions using fake accounts to overseas countries from India.
M4: Ok good
F1: If you got selected then what will you do first?
Me: Explained with 2 or 3 examples…. seems satisfied

They took only 10 min. Positive response!!

Tips:
- Be confident about what you say
- Check your documents carefully before interview because Strictness level is very high
- Explain anything with some suitable examples it will help you a lot
- True to yourself
