Venue: SHRI VIDHYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, VIRUDHUNAGAR, TAMIL NADU
Panel 1 Consists of 3 male and 1 female.
I am the 23rd person in my panel and I was waiting since 8AM. They have asked us to write a paragraph in Tamil on any topic we like. After the document verification my turn came at 1PM. Interview went for about 10-12min.
M1(Age more than 50): Why are you joining banking after working in Software industry for more than 5 years?
Me: Answered.
M1: What made you to get passionate about Bank jobs?
Me: Answered.
M1: What is your current Salary?
Me: Answered
M1: You cannot expect that much salary in Bank Jobs.
Me: Salary is not a matter for me. If I would have worried about salary I might have not started my preparation for bank exam.
M2(Age More than 65): What is the use of Biotechnology in Banking industry?
Me: Explained about agriculture usage.
M2: Asked deeper question in agriculture.
Me: Sorry Sir, I had studied Biotechnology 6 years back and I couldn’t recollect now.
F1(Age 30): What is computer? What is Processor? What is ? What is SAP? What is Data warehousing? What is the difference between database and data warehousing?
Me: Answered like a rapid fire questions. (As I have worked in data warehousing for the past 5 years these questions were popped in the interview)
M3(Age more than 50): Do you know another Duraimurugan in Tamilnadu?
Me: Answered (There is a politician with my name in Tamilnadu. Explained about him and his constituency)
M3: Is he good or bad?
Me: Sorry sir, I don’t have any personal opinion on him.
M3: Thanks you.. You can leave.
Overall: I felt interview was went like a lightning fast and i had struggled for few questions. Hope for the best result.

Time: 1 PM
Place: SHRI VIDHYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, VIRUDHUNAGAR, TAMIL NADU
Panel 1 Consists of 3 male and 1 female.
I am the 2nd person in my panel and interview went for about 12 to 15 min.
INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
M1(Age more than 50): Tell me about yourself
Me: Answered.
M1 and M2(Age more than 50): They asked more questions about my father’s business(Power loom weaver)
Me: Answered almost all the questions
M2: Your Tamil speaking flow and word usage is good.
Me: I had studied in Tamil medium till my 12th standard.
M1: About my previous companies and work experience.
Me: Answered.
M1: Which Company you will say the best and why?
Me: Answered.
M3(More than 60): What is a small scale industry?
Me: Answered.
M1: What are all the exams you have written and going to write? How many you have cleared?
Me: Explained.
M1: Which one will you join if you get all?
Me: I will choose which one will give more prospect to my career growth in banking industry.
M1: Thank you.. You can leave.
Note: Female interviewer didn’t ask any question.
Overall: I am satisfied with my performance now compare to Officer scale-1 Interview. Let’s hope for the best result.
