At 8am document verification started, along with that they told us to write something on a paper in the languages which we mentioned in application form. It took me more time, as I had to write in 4 languages. Then document verification done, my turn came around 12.30pm..
INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
Before entering the room I asked May I come in please?
They said to come and I entered and they offered me a seat..
F1: What’s your name?
Me: Answered
F1: Tell me something about yourself?
Me: Answered
F1: Why banking after B.E. in ECE?
Me: Answered
F1: Why specifically RRBs?
Me: Answered
M1: Tell me about your family? How many of you are there? What they all do?
Me: Answered
M1: Do you have land?
Me: Answered
M1: PMJDY in Kannada?
Me: Answered and explained Financial Inclusion.
M1: What is a bank and its functions?
Me: Answered
M1: What is Internet banking and its advantages?
Me: Answered
M1: Can we apply for DD through net banking?
Me: Answered
M2: How do you know Marathi language, as i had mentioned Marathi also in the languages?
Me: Answered
M2: Will you work in Maharashtra near Aurangabad if we post you there?
Me: Answered
M3: What are mutual funds?
Me: I didn’t know about this so I said I don’t know sir.
M3: Bancassurance??
Me: Explained but not perfectly..
M3: Is every bank providing bancassurance nowadays?
Me: I was not sure for this answer, I answered not all banks but some banks are providing.
M3: What is excise duty?
Me: I don’t know sir
M3: What is custom duty?
Me: At first I told I don’t know the exact answer sir, but he insisted to tell whatever I knew, then I told, it was correct :-)
M4: Planning commission is renamed by which name?
Me: Answered
That’s it.. Then they said, you can leave.. I said thanks to everyone and came out..
