On 5th March 2021, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited has signed Indian Cricketer Rohit Sharma as its brand ambassador. He will be representing Glenmark’s “Candid Powder”, the well-known brand of Glenmark’s consumer care division.
As the brand ambassador of Glenmark, Rohit sharma will be the official face of the brand as a part of its 360-degree communication.
Genmark’s Candid Powder:
i.The Candid Dusting Powder is used to treat skin problems like redness, irritation, sweat rash and fungal infection.
ii.With a market share of 64% in the medicated powder category, Candid Powder of Glenmark is a leading product in the category.
About Rohit Sharma:
i.Rohit Sharma was named vice captain of the Indian Cricket team under the captaincy of Virat Kohli.
ii.He was named as the Captain in December 2017 when Kohli was reseted for the series against Sri Lanka.
iii.He was named as the captain of the Mumbai Indians Team in 2013 In the Indian Premier League(IPL) and he has won 4 IPL titles by winning in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019.

i.Rohit sharma received the Arjuna Award in 2015 and he was honoured with Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, the highest sports honour of India in 2020.
