Key Inaugurations: He inaugurated Civil Secretariat worth Rs 538 crores and New Manipur Police Headquarters worth approximately Rs.101 crores, Information Technology (IT) Special Economic Zone (SEZ) (Rs.114 crores) at Mantripukhri in Imphal.
- He also inaugurated “Ima” (mothers) markets at four districts such as Tengnoupal, Noney, Pallel, Moirang, (Rs.24 crores) to support local women and Leishang Hiden Cultural & Heritage Park at Imphal West (Rs.13 Crores).
- He also inaugurated Manipur Bhavan in Delhi (Rs.164 crores) and Kolkata (West Bengal, WB) (Rs.42 crores) for the people of Manipur.
Other development projects: The other projects include Four-lane bridge over Irang River on the Imphal-Jiribam National Highway (NH)-38 at Noney (Rs.49 crores), the development of the western front of the Imphal River Phase-II (Rs.56 crores), Eklavya Model Residential School(EMRS) at Tokpa village, and Loktak Project area, (Rs.16 crores).
- It also includes Mall Road Phase-II (Rs.24 crores), infrastructure for five government colleges in Imphal West, Thoubal, Kakching (Rs.13 crores), infrastructure for district administration in Kamjong district (Rs.15 crores) and Kakching district (Rs 12 crores).
Visit to Churachandpur:

Key Inaugurations: The projects include Manipur Urban Roads, Drainage and Asset Management Improvement Project (Rs 3,647 crores), five NH projects (Rs. 2,500 crores), Manipur Infotech Enabled Development (MIND) Project (Rs.550 crores) and Working Women’s hostels at nine places (Rs 142 crores).
Other Projects: It includes super-speciality and assured speciality healthcare in remote and hill districts (Rs.105 crores), infrastructure development around Polo Ground (Rs.30 crores), and enhancement of facilities of 120 schools across 16 districts (Rs.134 crores).
- It also includes various projects relating to rural connectivity, education & tourism across Manipur (Rs 102 crores), and installation of grid-connected Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) power plants at two power substations and a 5 Megawatt Alternating Current (MWAC) floating SPV power plant (Rs 33 crores).
