The 44th edition of India International Trade Fair (IITF), one of India’s largest trade and business exhibitions, was held from November 14 to 27, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, Delhi, under the theme ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’.
- The 14-day long trade fair was organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), which works under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoC&I).
- IITF-2025 was inaugurated by Union Minister of State (MoS) Jitin Prasada, MoC&I and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

Key Highlights of 44th IITF:
Participants: More than 3,500 exhibitors from India and 12 countries such as: China, Egypt, Iran, South Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) participated at the event.
Partner States and Focus States: This year, Uttar Pradesh (UP), Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Bihar were the partner states of IITF-2025, while Jharkhand was the focus state.
Key Pavilions inaugurated: Union MoS Sanjay Seth, Ministry of Defence (MoD)and Union MoS Jitin Prasada, MoC&I and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) jointly inaugurated the Department of Defence Production (DDP), MoD’s pavilion which saw the participation from a total of 16 Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) and cutting-edge defence startups from the Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) programme.
- Apart from that, Union MoS Jitin Prasada MeitY’s pavilion which showcased its flagship initiatives such as: Digital India, IndianAI Mission and MyGov.
IITF 2025 Awards: IITF-2025 concluded successfully with an Award Presentation ceremony held at the Musical Fountain Stage at Bharat Mandapam.
