Chennai based Nivetha Pethuraj has been crowned as Miss India UAE at the Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi on April 11th 2015. The 23 year old won the Miss India UAE Pageant by beating 15 contestants. The contest was attended by single Indian women with ages between 18 and 25 years residing in UAE.
The second runner-up was awarded to Ms Arora while Stephanie Lahole was awarded the first runner-up.
Nivetha Pethuraj is to represent the UAE (United Arab Emirates) at the Miss India Worldwide competition to be held in Mumbai this 2015 September.
Each contestants spent almost one week training for the Miss India UAE pageant with 12 hours long sessions.
