i.Madhura Dhamangaonkar: Clinched gold in the Women’s Individual Compound event, marking her first individual World Cup gold.
ii.The Indian team comprising Ojas Deotale, Abhishek Verma, and Rishabh Yadav won the gold medal in the Men’s Compound Team event after defeating Mexico in the final.
iii.Women’s Compound Team comprising Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Madhura Dhamangaonkar, and Chikitha Taniparthi won silver in the Women’s Team Compound event.
iv.Deepika Kumari, secured bronze in the Women’s Individual Recurve event, defeating South Korea’s Kang Chae-young.

About Archery World Cup 2025:
i.The 2025 Archery World Cup, officially known as the Hyundai Archery World Cup is the 19th edition of the annual international archery circuit organized by World Archery.
ii.The tournament is scheduled to run from 8 April to 19 October 2025 and comprises five events.
iii.It comprises four stages in a regular season and three stages in Olympic years, followed by a final.
iv.The stage 1 was held in Auburndale, Florida, USA from 8 to 13 April 2025, where India secured four medals (1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze) and finished fourth in the overall medal tally.
v.The Stage 3 scheduled in Antalya, Turkey, from June 3 to 8, 2025, followed by Stage 4 in Madrid, Spain, from July 8 to 11, 2025. The World Cup Final will be held in Nanjing, China, in October 2025.
Note: Recurve archery and compound archery both get their names from the types of bows used by archers.
