INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

• Venue: Andra Bank, Saifabad, Hyderabad
• Date: 20/01/2016

After verification is over entered in to panel room. So, Here goes my Interview.

Panel: So you are from?

Me: Answered.

Panel: What is your father’s occupation?

Me: Sir, He is a farmer.

P: How much land do you have and what major crops you grow?

Me: Answered.

P: Which type of loan you will take for this purpose?

Me: Agriculture loan

P: We know it is agri. loan but in that also there are so many types like motor loan. Irrigation loan etc. etc..

Me: Sir, We took crop loan…3months back also we took loan from RRB for this purpose..

P: Ok. How much?

Me: Answered.

P: So, suppose you are going to bank and applied for crop lone…what is the procedure for getting loan?

Me: Sir we will submit land docs.. after checking those they will give loan sir.

P: How they are calculating loan amount to some particular value…what is the logic behind it?

Me: sorry sir  i don’t know…

P: Ok no problem. What is the use of internet in banking transactions?

Me: Sir because of this every branch is interconnected with each other and to a centralized server so that each and every transaction get updated to every branch.

P:  So what happens next?

Me: If suppose i am transferring some amount to my friend who is in Delhi from hyd…Within seconds he will get that money…

P: Ok.. what is business in banking?

Me: sir taking deposits and lend.

P:  that much only?

Me: No sir that is the main business in bank and other things like selling insurance products ..mutual fund products…

P: Ok. If centralised server fails what happens to the accounts n transactions?

Me: Sir we will be having back up option so that we can retrieve data back.

P: If suppose due to some fire or crash problem backup also gone…then?

Me: Normally we have back up option …if that is also gone means….sorry i don’t know sir

P: They gave some explanation. Suppose you are appointed in some rural area. How will you help farmers?

Me: Sir, I will tell them the govt. schemes and loans offered by banks and I will explain the new technologies so that they can improve their income.

P: What technologies we are using in agri.?

Me: Sir presently we are using GPS and soil test methods

P: Ok…what is the latest technology in this area?

Me : Sorry sir I don’t know.

P: It is siri siri (something he told)

Me: Sir i heard that but i don’t know exactly (here the mistake by me…bcoz when i told like that…the panel member told to others that ” sir he heard but he don’t know” ..means i thought it was a mistake )

P: What is state song of Telangana?

Me: Sorry mam i am not getting it exactly…

P: kk…no problem…no need to know everything…best of luck Mr Balram…you can go now…
