Citizens can approach the ‘Atal Sehbhagita Kendra’(Atal participation centre) which is available in all 54 divisions of Chandigarh under a beat officer(patrolling police officer involved in community policing) for redressal of grievances.
iii. ‘E-Saathi’: The E-Saathi app would help the citizens to keep in touch with the police and also would help in facilitating community policing which is a ‘your police at your doorstep initiative’.
