1. Dementia – पागलपन
Meaning – a chronic or persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain disease or injury and marked by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning.
Synonyms – mental illness, madness, insanity, derangement, lunacy; senile dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Alzheimer’s; informalsoftening of the brain
2. Dilettante – कलाप्रेमी
Meaning – a person who cultivates an area of interest, such as the arts, without real commitment or knowledge.
Usage – “there is no room for the dilettante in this business”
Synonyms – dabbler, potterer, tinkerer, trifler, dallier; amateur, non-professional, non-specialist, layman, layperson
3. Dispel – दूर हो जाना
Meaning – make (a doubt, feeling, or belief) disappear.
Usage – “the brightness of the day did nothing to dispel Elaine’s dejection”
Synonyms – banish, eliminate, dismiss, chase away, drive away, drive off, get rid of, dissipate, disperse, scatter, disseminate; relieve, allay, ease, calm, quell, check, put to rest.
4. Emeritus – ससम्मान सेवामुक्त
Meaning – (of the former holder of an office, especially a university professor) having retired but allowed to retain their title as an honour.
Usage – “emeritus professor of microbiology”
5. Evince – जताना
Meaning – reveal the presence of (a quality or feeling); indicate.
Usage – “the news stories evinced the usual mixture of sympathy and satisfaction”

Meaning – drunkenness; intoxication.

9. Milieu – परिवेश
Meaning – a person’s social environment.
Usage – “Gregory came from the same aristocratic milieu as Sidonius”
Synonyms – environment, background, backdrop, setting, context, atmosphere, scene; location, locale, conditions, surroundings, habitat, environs; sphere, world, territory, home, domain, preserve, province, circle, element.
10. discernible – नमूदार
Meaning – able to be discerned; perceptible.
Usage – “the scandal had no discernible effect on his career”
Synonyms – visible, detectable, noticeable, perceptible, observable, perceivable, distinguishable, recognizable, identifiable; apparent, obvious, clear, manifest, conspicuous, patent, plain, evident, distinct, appreciable.
