Startup Haryana setup by the Department of Information Technology, Electronics, and Communication (DITECH), Government of Haryana has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Accelerator (IA) to build a strong startup ecosystem in Haryana.
i.The MoU will help in bridging the gap between Industry & startups.
ii.The MoU was signed in the presence of Rajnarayan Kaushi, Special Secretary, DITECH;Nitin Bansal, Chief Technology Officer, DITECH & Munish Bhatia, General Manager & Partner, IA.
Key Points:
i.IA will provide support to the startups through Knowledge sharing & free of cost services to high-potential startups.
ii.IA will provide young entrepreneurs with access to its online programs and equip them with knowledge, mentorship, and connections.
iii.It will also provide access to an all-in-one platform for students, professionals, & entrepreneurs who want to achieve their personal & professional goals through personalized mentorship programs.
iv.Under the MoU, startups will get access to varied investment options and also the benefits of IA’s membership with IBM Cloud, Google Cloud and others.
India Accelerator:
i.IA has partnerships with Global Funds such as Emphasis Ventures (EMVC), SGAN & Global Accelerator Network Venture Funds and its own network of investors.
ii.IA is India’s one & only Global Accelerator Network (GAN) backed Institution
