With due regards and humble submission, I beg to state that last week I had received my order for a set of books that I had ordered from your website. On opening the package, it was found that those were not the books I had ordered, I checked the website to verify my order and it was correct.
I request you to look into the matter and replace the order as soon as possible.
Also it would be better on the part of management of the company to monitor the logistics process i.e. the sorting,packaging and delivery processes; so as to negate these glitches for a better service to consumers.
