Delhi CM launches online portal for filing of consumer complaintsOn 8th September, 2020, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal launched the E-Filing consumer complaint system. Using this online portal, consumers can file consumer complaints from the comfort of home. Delhi is the first state to have this system.

Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DSCDRC) launched the portal via delhistatecommission.nic.in, it has been developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC). State Bank of India (SBI) is providing payment gateway for payment of fees digitally. 

Minister for Food Supplies, Delhi, Imran Hussain and officials of the Consumer Affairs Department were present during the inauguration of the E-filing consumer complaint system.

i.It will ensure a transparent and hassle-free system for the consumers. 

ii.It enables modes of digital payment for contactless transactions.

iii.Ease of Digitization of documents, easy tracking of consumer applications and 24×7 access to the portal.
