SIMS 2.0 was developed with contributions from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and MSTC Limited.
The guidelines aims to enhance safety and productivity in the iron and steel industry and this will also assists the industry in becoming world-class in adopting safety standards and eliminating accidents.
