    Term of Lease:
    i. According to the new rules, the Lease shall be valid for a period of 3-year for conducting resource measurements and surveys and it can be extended for an additional 2 years. The lease expires after 5 years.

     RBI has introduced new norms in order to curb “evergreening” of loans by lenders through Alternate Investment Funds(AIFs).
