      ii. The MoU involved state governments have agreed that the MoU regarding the 123 disputed villages is “full and final,” and no new encroachment will be allowed in the border areas.
      • One village from Arunachal Pradesh will become part of Assam, while 60 villages from Assam will become part of Arunachal Pradesh, and 10 villages will remain in Assam.
      • The boundary for 49 of the remaining 52 villages will be determined by the regional committees within six months, and three villages in the Indian Air Force (IAF) bombing range will require rehabilitation.
