    • Uttarakhand (59.13) has topped among Himalayan States followed by Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.
    • Goa(51.58) has topped among Union Territories followed by Jammu & Kashmir(J&K), Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar and Ladakh.
