      • The publishers of online curated content that display tobacco products or their use will be required to comply with specific guidelines.
      • An Inter-ministerial committee with representatives from the MoH&FW, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting(MIB), and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), will take action on its own motion (suo moto), or on receiving a complaint regarding the failure to comply with the provisions outlined in the guidelines.
