ii. RBI restrictions on lending via the eCOM and Bajaj Insta EMI Card will not have a “material financial impact” on the organisation.
Note- RBI returned Mastercard-backed fintech Instamojo‘s application for a payment aggregator (PA) license amid not meeting the eligibility criteria. Instamojo is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
