    Amid concerns being raised about safety and consent of refugees, Bangladesh has begun moving Rohingya families from refugee camps near Ukhia in Cox’s Bazar district of Bangladesh to Bhasan Char – an island formed from a build-up of silt in the Bay of Bengal only 20 years ago.
