- NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) partnered with CFA Institute India Private Limited via a Joint Statement of Intent (SoI) in New Delhi to boost financial literacy, ethical decision-making, and governance in India’s innovation ecosystem.

In November 2025, Kantar Group, world’s leading marketing data and analytics business, released the latest edition of ‘Kantar Brandz’s Top 100 Most Valuable Indian Brands 2025’ report. As per the report, HDFC Bank Limited, India’s largest private sector bank, has emerged as India’s most valuable brand, registering 18% Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y) growth to USD 44.99 billion, replacing Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which slipped to 2nd position, with a total valuation of USD 44.23 billion.
- Airtel (USD 41.1 billion) and Infosys (USD 25.54 billion) ranked at 3rd and 4th positions respectively.
About Kantar BrandZ Report 2025:
Total Value Indian Brands: As per the report, the combined value of India’s 100 most valuable brands reached USD 523.5 billion (accounting nearly 13% of country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This marked a 6% Y-o-Y growth, with 34 companies witnessing increase in their brand value.
Other Top 10 Most Valuable Indian Brands: : India’s largest Public Sector Bank, State Bank of India (SBI) (ranked at 6th spot, valued at USD 18.80 billion); UltraTech Cement (ranked at 7th spot); Reliance Jio (ranked at 8th spot, valued at USD 14.05 billion); and HCL Technology (ranked at 9th spot, valued at USD 12.82 billion) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) (ranked at 10th spot, valued at USD 10.34 billion).
Fastest-Rising Brand: Zomato, Online Food company, continued to be the fastest-rising brand for the second consecutive year, jumping 10 places to 21st spot and approximately doubling its brand value to USD 6 billion.

USA Approves the Supply of FGM-148 Javelin ATGM & M982A1 Excalibur Projectile Worth USD 93 Million to India
On November 19, 2025, The United States of America (USA) approved the supply of 100 FGM-148 Javelin Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM) worth USD 45.7 million and up to 216 rounds of Excalibur M982A1 precision-guided artillery projectiles worth USD 47.1 million, totaling to USD 93 million to India.

RBI Updates Alert List of Unauthorised Forex Trading Platforms
On 19 November 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) updated its ‘Alert List’ by adding seven new unauthorised forex trading platforms, bringing the total to 95.
- These platforms are not permitted to conduct foreign exchange transactions under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), nor permitted to run electronic trading platforms (ETPs) under the Electronic Trading Platforms(ETP) (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2018.

Nitish Kumar Sworn-in as Bihar’s CM for Record 10th Time
In November 2025, the President of Janata Dal (United) JD(U) party, Nitish Kumar officially sworn-in as the Chief Minister (CM) of Bihar for a record 10th time, after his party and its alliance partners under BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won the 2025 Bihar state assembly elections.

Govt Appoints Sandhip Pradhan as Whole – Time Member of SEBI
In November 2025, the Government of India (GoI) appointed Indian Revenue Service(IRS) officer Sandhip Pradhan, as a Whole-Time Member (WTM) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a three-year term from the date of taking charge.

India’s First Commercially Built PSLV Set to Launch Oceansat Satellite in 2026
In November 2025, Dr. V. Narayanan, Chairman, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) announced the launch of the Oceansat Satellite into orbit by the first commercially built Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)-PSLV N1 rocket in 2026 at the 7th India Manufacturing Show (IMS) 2025 held in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- He also unveiled the plan to transfer 50% of PSLV development to an Indian Industry consortium, led by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Larsen and Toubro Limited (L&T).

In November 2025, ‘Copernicus Sentinel-6B’, an earth observation satellite, jointly developed by American space agency i.e. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and European partners, was successfully launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon-9 rocket from Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, the United States of America (USA).
- It is the second satellite in the Copernicus Sentinel‑6/Jason‑Continuity of Service(CS) mission launched by a Falcon 9 rocket, following the launch of Sentinel‑6 Michael Freilich in November 2020.
About Sentinel-B Satellite:
Joint Mission: These sentinel satellites were developed as part of collaboration between NASA, European Space Agency (ESA) of the European Union (EU), European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
- The project received funding from the European Commission and technical support from the French space agency CNES (Centre National d’Études Spatiales).
