Cabinet okays MOU between India and Bolivia in the field of Railways
The Union Cabinet gave its ex-post facto approval to the  a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in March 2019, between India and Bolivia on Bioceanic Railway Integration Corridor Project cooperation.

Cabinet approves MOU between India and Finland on cyber security
The Union Cabinet was apprised about a MoU signed in January, 2019, between India and Finland on the cooperation in the area of Cyber Security.
The agreement will help the two parties in creating closer cooperation for exchange of knowledge and experience in detection, resolution and prevention of security related incidents.

Cabinet approves MOU between India and Russia in the field of Railways 
The Union Cabinet gave its approval for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between Research Designs and Standards Organisation, under the Ministry of Railways, India and Railway Research Institute, Russia and Research and Design Institute for Information Technology, Signalling and Telecommunication on Railway Transport, Russia.

  • The MoU was signed in April, 2019.
  • The signing of the MoU will helps in facilitate and promote bilateral cooperation on exchange of information, expert meetings, seminars, technical visits and implementation of jointly agreed cooperation projects.

Cabinet approves MOU between India and Thailand in the field of Astronomy
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has endorsed  the agreement on the Astronomy / Astrophysics / Atmospheric Science signed between India and the Thailand.

Cabinet approves MoC between India -Kyrgyzstan on Research Work on Biology and Medicine
 The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Modi has endorsed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) between India and Kyrgyzstan for collaborative research work on High Altitude Biology and Medicine.
Key points:

  • The MoC helps on shared research deal with High Altitude Biology and Medicine and going for further improvement and reinforcing of common connections in science and drug, particularly in high elevation science and medication.
  • It also helps in comprehension the physical and mental picture of trooper framework at high height by Yoga practice, herbals and neutraceuticals  in Indian and Kyrgyz patches/populace.

Cabinet clears India-Kyrgyzstan MoU on legal metrology
The Cabinet has also approved a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Legal Metrology between India and Kyrgyzstan. The MoU will be signed on the sidelines of the upcoming SCO summit on June 13and 14, 2019 .
Key points.
i. Under the proposed pact the two sides will exchange information and documents relating to legal metrology, develop a training programme for officials and non-officials dealing with the subject.
ii. The two sides also share experience in carrying out of metrological supervision in mutual settlements between goods producers and consumers.

Cabinet approves signing and ratification of investment treaty between India- Kyrgyzstan
The union cabinet endorsed the signing and ratification of investment treaty between India- Kyrgyzstan which will increase investment flow between India and Kyrgyzstan and protection to investors of both countries.
Cabinet Approves MoU Between India and Kyrgyzstan on cooperation in the field of Health
The Union Cabinet, driven by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of the Republic of India and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of Health.
Key points:
The Memorandum of Cooperation covers Strengthening of healthcare systems; Non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases and anti-microbial resistance; Development of hospital management systems and health information systems Hospital Management; Maternal and child health; Medical Researches; Exchange of experience in transplantation; Improving capacity of human resources in the field of health; Exchange of information and experience in the field of regulation of pharmaceuticals & medical devices circulation; Exchange of experience and information on good practice of clinical trials of medicines and medical products; Integrated surveillance of diseases; Arranging visits for the experience exchange among physicians, nurses and IT-specialists; Exchange of experience on e-health; Providing opportunities for health specialists to receive training and professional development at the “India-Kyrgyz Center for Information Technologies” with further internships in the Republic of India; Health Tourism.
