On October 6, 2020 Axis Bank Ltd in partnership with Vistara, India’s full service carrier launched a Co-Branded Forex Card, ‘Axis Bank Club Vistara Forex Card’ to cater the needs of international travellers. This is the 1st-ever collaboration by a bank and an Indian airline for a co-branded forex card. The multi currency forex card enables customers to travel to international destinations in a cashless and hassle free manner.
Points to be Noted
The card has the option to load upto 16 currencies on a single card and has locked-in exchange rates, also known as Fixed Exchange Rates.
Benefits of ‘Axis Bank Club Vistara Forex Card’
CV Points
Cardholders on spending every USD 5 (or equivalent value), can accrue 3 CV points. Customers on signing up are awarded 500 CV Points as a Welcome Bonus.
Membership to Club Vistara & Club Vistara Points
i.Card’s proposition offers a complimentary Base membership to Club Vistara, fastest rewarding frequent flyer program of India, that offers four tiers of membership – CV Base, CV Silver, CV Gold, and CV Platinum
ii.The Club Vistara Points that are earned can be redeemed for award flights that start at 2000 CV points and upgrade awards starting at 500 CV Points.
Note– Currently, the customers can redeem points in Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Silk Air and United Airlines.
Convert to another currency
Customers can keep the balance on the card, convert it to another currency for the next holiday, or encash the amount.
