Hello I m Vishal agarwal (selected as a po in Baroda up gramin Bank ) this is my ibps po interview experience .
Location – Lucknow
Date & time – 2/Feb/2018 , 8:30 am
INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
I reached venue at 8 am ,then document verification started which went smooth , all the sirs and mams were helpful and friendly .Then my interview started at 10 am in panel 3 .I entered in a room ,wish them and they offered me a seat .
There was 5 members in panel ( 4 Sirs and 1 mam )
M2 : what is your name ? And where are you from ?
M2: what you have done in graduation and what was you doing after that ? ( I am graduated in 2016 )
M2 : what your father do ? Tell something about your family ?
M1: what is Bank ? And what are the functions of bank ? And also tell why banks are important ?
M1: How banks earn profit ? What is income for banks ?
M2: Name some government sector insurance companies of India ?
M3: what is NPA and it’s effect on banks ?
M4: what is PCA ?
M3 : suppose you are posted in a rural branch then how will you increase branch business ?
That’s it ,then they said ok Vishal thank you all the best .My whole interview was in Hindi only and mam was just observing me whole time .
Overall it was a nice and good interview .Just be confident and keep smile on your face all the time .
