I reached at venue at 12:00 noon.Document verification started at 2 pm.There were 25 candidates in my panel ,I was 24th .My Interview started at 6:15 pm.
Interview Room: Bell ranged. Interview panel consists of 4 Sirs and 1 ma’am(M1, M2,M3,M4, F1)
Me : May I come in?
Panel: Yes ,please come in.
Me : Good evening Ma’am, Good evening Sir
M1: Good evening . So Miss Akanksha, How old are you?
Me : Answered
M1: lag hi raha tha . Graduation kitne sal me khtam hua?
Me: Sir I completed my graduation at 20 years old..with smiling face.
M1 : Do you hear about some news related to the girl named Akanksha?
Me : No Sir, I have not heard about it.
M1 : Abhi hi to news me aarha raha tha beta ,aapne nahi dekha?
Me : Nahi Sir, nahi suna iske baare me
M1 : Ok , so u did Microbiology?
Me : Yes Sir.
M1 : From which college?
Me : Kulti College, which comes under Burdwan University
M1 : Good. So, Microbiology kis tarah help kar sakti h bank ko?
Me : Answered
M1: Why Banking after BSc ?
Me : told , he said Very good beta
M2: Do your hear about NPA?What is it?
Me : Answered
M2 : (Seems satisfied,) Ye kitne types ke hote hain?
Me : Answered
M2: Banks me abhi ittne saare NPA horahe hain ,inka karan kya hai?Pehle to ittne losses nahi hote the .par abhi hi ittne NPA kyun horahe hain?

M4: Very Good
M3 :Â Good, M4-M3 discussing that time depth knowledge h ise
Again, M2 : Maan lijiye aap bank manager ho ,or aapke paas customers aaye loan lene ke liye to aap aisa kya karengi ki NPA na bane Loan.?
Me:Â Answered
M2 : Good ( satisfied) with smiling face
M3: So beta Bank me Aapke koi friend hain?
Me : Yes Sir, 3 hain RBI me
M3 : Or commercial Bank me koi frnd ?
Me : Yes Sir , SBI me hain, or 1 BoB me
M3: OK Beta, Family members me koi hain bank me?
Me : Yes Sir ,Mere bade papa
M3 : Kaun se bank me?
Me: Allahabad Bank
M3: Achha, unhi se pucchkar aapne apna first preference Allahabad Bank dala hai na?(smiling face)
Me : Yes Sir.
M4: So ,Bade Papa se baat huyi interview se pehle? Kya kaha unhone yahaan aane se pehle?
Me: Yes Sir. Unhone kaha hi Calm and humble rehna. Or politely answer karna:)
Panel: Sab smile karne lage
F1 : So ,Aapne to unki baat rakh li ,u r looking calm and behaving politely.
Me : Yes Ma’am:)
F2: Difference between Hard work and Smart work?
Me : Answered
F1: So, Akanksha , Bank ke baare me bataiye ? Ye kaise work karti h?
Me : told from definition to its function
Panel : Satisfied
M4: OK Beta , To aap kahan job karna pasand karogi home town ya Metro city?
Me : Sir Home town milega to achha rahega jyada.
M4 : or agar Metro city me mila to?
Me : I’m ready sir
M4 : God bless you beta.( All panel members were looking satisfied )
Me : Thank you Sir, thank you Ma’am ( lag nahi raha ki interview khatam hogya Sab mujhe meri family jaisi lagrahi thi or unke behaviour se mera confidence level kaafi badhgya tha)
