1. – Fester – फोड़ा

Meaning – (of a wound or sore) become septic; suppurate.

Usage – “a festering abscess”

Synonyms – suppurate, become septic, form pus, secrete pus, discharge, run, weep, ooze; come to a head; technicalmaturate, be purulent; rarerankle, apostemate.

2. – Facade – मुखौटा

Meaning – a deceptive outward appearance.

Usage – “her flawless public facade masked private despair”

Synonyms – show, front, appearance, false display, pretence, simulation, affectation, semblance, illusion, posture, pose, sham, fake, act, masquerade, charade, guise, mask, cloak, veil, veneer.

3. – Ebullient – उत्तेजित

Meaning – cheerful and full of energy.

Usage – “she sounded ebullient and happy”

4. – Garbled – अस्पष्ट

Meaning – reproduce (a message, sound, or transmission) in a confused and distorted way.

Usage – “garbled directions”

Meaning – relevant to a subject under consideration.

7. – Esoteric – गुप्त

Meaning – intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest.

Usage – “esoteric philosophical debates”

8. – Knead – फेंटना

Meaning – work (moistened flour or clay) into dough or paste with the hands.

Usage – make (bread or pottery) by kneading flour or clay.

9. – Mendicant – भिक्षुक

Meaning – given to begging.
