Vineet Nayar of Patnagar is an Indian business executive, philanthropist and an author. He is the former CEO of the IT giant HCL Technologiesa and founded Sampark Foundation. He also authored a management book “Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down”. Vineet has also recently served as a “Mentor” of WEF’s 2011 Annual Meeting of New Champions conference.
Adar Poonawalla, the son of Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive director of Serum Institute of India. This is founded in 1966 by his father, Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla, This Institute is the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer by number of doses produced and utilized.
Mr. Amit Chandra joined Bain Capital as a Managing Director in 2008. Before joining Bain Capital, Mr. Chandra spent most of his professional career at DSP Merrill Lynch, one of the leading investment banks in India. Mr. Chandra was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2007.
