Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world, with origins found back to 1877. It is also widely considered the most prestigious sporting event that is drawing high-profile spectators across the world.
- The 130th edition of Wimbledon Championships was held at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London. It was played on grass courts. This is the third Grand Slam tournament of the year of the four grand Slams.
