1. mobilised – संगठित करना
Meaning – (of a country or its government) prepare and organize (troops) for active service.
Usage – “the government mobilized regular forces, reservists, and militia”
synonyms – marshal, deploy, muster, rally, call to arms, call up, summon, assemble, mass, organize, make ready, prepare, ready etc.
2. persuade – राज़ी करना
Meaning – induce (someone) to do something through reasoning or argument.
Usage – “it wasn’t easy, but I persuaded him to do the right thing”
Synonyms – prevail on, talk someone into, coax, convince, make, get, press someone into, induce, win someone over, bring someone round, argue someone into, pressure someone into, pressurize someone into, coerce, influence, sway, prompt, inveigle, entice, tempt, lure, cajole, wheedle someone into, get round, blarney, prod someone into, reason someone into; procure; informal sweet-talk, smooth-talk, soft-soap, twist someone’s arm etc.
3. rebuffing – नकार
Meaning – reject (someone or something) in an abrupt or ungracious manner.
Usage – “his offer was immediately rebuffed”
Synonyms – reject, turn down, spurn, refuse, decline, repudiate, disdain; snub, slight, repulse, repel, dismiss, brush off, turn one’s back on; give someone the cold shoulder, cold-shoulder, ignore, cut (dead), look right through; informalgive someone the brush-off, tell someone where to get off, put down, freeze out, etc.
4. stinging – चुभने
Meaning – wound or pierce with a sting.
Usage – “he was stung by a jellyfish”
Synonyms – swindle, defraud, cheat, fleece, gull; informal rip off, screw, do, rook, diddle, take for a ride, skin, clip, gouge, etc.
5. render – प्रदान की गई
Meaning – provide or give (a service, help, etc.)
Usage – “Burcham was quickly surrounded by people anxious to render assistance”
Synonyms – give, provide, supply, furnish, make available, contribute; offer, extend, proffer etc.
6. denude – छीन लेना
Meaning – strip (something) of its covering, possessions, or assets.
Usage – “the island had been denuded of trees”
Synonyms – divest, strip, clear, deprive, bereave, rob; lay bare, make bare, bare, uncover, expose; deforest, defoliate etc.
7. prescriptive – नियम के अनुसार
Meaning – relating to the imposition or enforcement of a rule or method.
Usage – “these guidelines are not intended to be prescriptive”
Synonyms – dictatorial, authoritarian, tyrannical, despotic; arbitrary, oppressive, repressive, coercive; insistent, dogmatic, pontifical; binding, enforceable; limiting, narrow, rigid; informalbossy etc.
8. dissenting – असहमति
Meaning – hold or express opinions that are at variance with those commonly or officially held.
Usage – “we do not dissent from the points that have been made”
Synonyms – differ, demur, diverge; disagree with, fail to agree with, express disagreement with, be at variance/odds with, argue with, take issue with; decline/refuse to support, not ratify, protest against, object to, dispute, challenge, quibble over; reject, repudiate, renounce, abjure etc.
9. unfettered – निरंकुश
Meaning – not confined or restricted.
Usage – “the choice between a planned economy and an unfettered market”
Synonyms – unrestrained, unrestricted, unconstrained, free, unbridled, untrammelled, unchecked, unconfined, unimpeded, unhampered, uncontrolled, unbound, untied, unchained, unshackled, loose etc.
10. revitalise – पुनर्जीवित
Meaning – imbue (something) with new life and vitality.
Usage – “a package of spending cuts to revitalize the economy”
synonyms – reinvigorate, re-energize, brace, fortify, strengthen, give new strength to, give a boost to, build up, bolster, prop up, help, renew, regenerate, restore, revive, revivify, rejuvenate, reanimate, resuscitate, refresh, reawaken, rekindle, put new life into, breathe new life into, enliven, stimulate, put some spark into, kick-start, uplift etc.
