INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

Interview started around 3:30pm. (oldest member while going through my papers) started with INTRO.
M1: Qualification(2012 pass out so what you did 3 years and currently what are you doing)

M2: Father’s occupation

Me: (went in detail of everything)
M1: Natural resources of Assam?
ME: Oil and Tea (First oil refinery of India is near to my home only n Assam is full of tea gardens.. I answered him with place names)
M1: So, how govt receives taxes from them?
Me: In oil, taxes goes to both centre as well as state…(as soon as i finished my ans he said good but for TEA privatization is happening so it ll be different na) Â for tea, as privatization is happening so, govt. receives indirect taxes..
M1: Indirect taxes…good
M2: DBT
ME: Direct Benefit Transfer, explained with LPG subsidy example and advantages of DBT.
M1: Current Repo rate?
ME: 6.75
M3: Repo rate definition?
ME: ANSWERED
M3: How customers are benefited?
ME: REDUCTION IN INTEREST RATES.
L: How banks are benefited?
ME: banks transfers only a part of reduction(of repo) to its customers.. so both bank as well as gets benefited..
M3: SARFAESI act?
ME: Answered full form with its use and year of implementation.
M1: Banking act (actually he wanted to ask banking regulation act)?
ME: Blank, no idea. (i thought he is asking for RBI act and said 1934 but he answered its 1949… had little conversation on this)
M4: Financial inclusion?
ME: Answered in detail with PMJDY with all its stats…..
