- The 2022 ATP Awards were presented at the event held in Pala Alpitour in Turin, Italy.

The ATP Awards honour the season’s best players and tournaments as determined by the players and ATP rankings. The award also includes player-voted awards, fans choose the winner of Fans’ Favourite singles player and doubles team.
- The ATP also selects and honours the recipients of the Arthur Ashe Humanitarian and Ron Bookman Media Excellence awards.
Carlos Alcaraz named Youngest Year-End ATP No. 1 & Most Improved Player of the Year:Â
World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz, a 19-year-old Spanish tennis player, received the ATP No. 1 Trophy presented by Pepperstone. He is the youngest player in history to receive the award.
- He also received the Most Improved Player of the Year 2022 award.
i. Carlos Alcaraz became the 1st teenager to win the top spot and achieved the largest jump in history to complete the year at No. 1.
- He won 5 titles in 2022, including a 1st Grand Slam at the United States (US) Open and a pair of ATP Masters 1000 titles at the Miami Open presented by Itau and Mutua Madrid Open.
Ferrero Wins 2022 ATP Coach Of The Year Award
i. Juan Carlos Ferrero, former World No. 1 and coach of Carlos Alcaraz, received the ATP Coach of the Year at the 2022 ATP Awards.
ii. He has been working with Alcaraz since 2018, guiding Carlos Alcaraz to a Grand Slam title and the world’s No 1 ranking in 2022.
Rafael Nadal Voted Fans’ Favourite In 2022 ATP Awards
i. The Spanish tennis player, Rafael Nadal’s (36) historic 2022 ATP Tour season has come to a conclusion. He broke another record and was chosen as Fans’ Favorite in the ATP Awards for the 1st time.
ii. He won ATP Tour events in Melbourne and Acapulco 2022 season in addition to those Grand Slam victories in Australia and France, bringing his total number of tour-level victories to 92.
- He had a 39-8 record at the end of the season.
