- With this, Hurkacz became Poland’s 1st Masters 1000 Champion.
- The victory is expected to improve his ranking, as he will break into the Top 20- in the ATP Rankings for the 1st Time, He is set to move from a ranking of 37 to 16.
Women’s Singles
- Ashleigh Barty (Australia) won the Miami Open 2021 Women’s Single Title as her opponent Bianca Andreescu (Canada) retired due to an ankle injury.
Men’s Doubles
- Croatian pair Nikola Mektic & Mate Pavic defeated the British Pair of Daniel Evans & Neal Skupski to clinch the Men’s Doubles Title of 2021 Miami Open.
Women’s Doubles
- Japanese Pair of Shuko Aoyama & Ena Shibahara won the Women’s Doubles Title by defeating Hayley Carter (US) & Luisa Stefani (Brazil).
