Sir ,
I wish to state that I am an account holder in your esteemed bank SBI , Parliament Street Branch since 8 years. My account no. is 125345773473. I deposited rupees 15,000 at the ATM situated outside the bank. But I have not received the automated message for the credited amount till now. When I got my account passbook updated, I was astonished that the system did not print the credited entry of Rs 15,000. However, I have the deposit confirmation chit which I received from the ATM when I deposited the cash.
I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and resolve it. It is an unfortunate and unexpected instance which has happened from your from your side .
I would be highly obliged if an early action is taken from your side since this is a serious issue which needs to be unravelled urgently.
