ibps po v interview experienceGroup Discussion:

The members were so friendly as they are cracking jokes (It may be to make us feel free :p). 1 person was absent in my group, so we were a 10 member group. At 11 am we were taken to another room for GD/GE exercises. A 2 member panel congratulated us and continued some spiritual classes ;) and by 11:15 they announced the topic  “ Indian Villages – Strengths or Weakness.“  We were given 5 minutes to prepare key points and then GD started.

Am the second person to start the GD, gave my points briefly. As the time is exhausted any of us couldn’t gave conclusion (I tried by the panel member continuously telling Thank you !! Thank you!!)

Then in no gap, we were given a paper where the list of priorities given, topic for G.E. is Things you consider if you want to embrace a change.

List of Priorities :

Adaptability, Positive Attitude, Optimism, Readiness for change, Risk Factors, Adjusting, Flexibility.

This time I started the conversation and gave my priorities but after 15 min of our discussion as our group didn’t came to consensus we made it differently by giving our priorities from the reverse order (don’t know how it works as we felt that something is better than nothing.)

By 12:15pm GD/GE were completed and we were taken to Interview hall, am the second person in order in my group and my turn came at 1:00pm.

Interview:
